Apex Precision Strategies is a fast-growing marketing and events company based in Benton, AR, partnering with charitable organizations to create high-impact fundraising events in local communities across the region. We're passionate about developing motivated individuals into skilled event management professionals — and we're looking for our next Fundraising Event Manager to lead our Little Rock operations.
This is a hands-on leadership role at the intersection of community impact and event management. You'll be building and running a team, managing live fundraising events from start to finish, and helping the charitable organizations we partner with hit meaningful goals in the field.
Full paid training provided. No prior experience required — just the drive to lead, grow, and make an impact.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Fundraising Event Manager, you'll own the full event experience — from planning and staffing all the way through on-site execution and performance reporting. Day to day, that includes:
- Researching, evaluating, and booking fundraising events and promotional shows across the Little Rock area on behalf of our charity partners
- Assessing staffing needs for upcoming events and building team schedules that keep every activation fully covered and running smoothly
- Hiring, onboarding, and training Event Demonstrators on setup, teardown, performance expectations, and face-to-face fundraising best practices
- Supervising and coaching your team of Event Demonstrators on-site during live fundraising events — keeping energy high, performance sharp, and results consistent
- Overseeing all booth setup and teardown at every event — ensuring displays are on-brand, professional, and ready to engage the public
- Engaging directly with members of the public at live events — demonstrating products, sharing the mission of our charity partners, and inspiring community members to get involved and donate
- Ensuring accurate and thorough collection of donor and customer lead information at every event activation
- Managing event budgets responsibly and monitoring return on investment — reporting results and insights back to the Division Manager
- Identifying and escalating any display or equipment issues promptly to ensure zero disruption to live event operations
- Supporting additional marketing initiatives and taking on new responsibilities as you grow into the role
What We're Looking For
- A natural leader who's comfortable guiding, motivating, and holding a team accountable in a live event environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills — equally confident with your team, charity partners, and members of the public
- Excellent organizational and time management skills — you can juggle multiple events, schedules, and priorities without dropping the ball
- Comfortable managing event budgets and tracking ROI with accuracy and accountability
- Enthusiastic, positive, and hardworking — you set the tone and your team follows it
- Physically able to stand for 8–10 hours during events and lift up to 40 lbs for booth setup and teardown
- Available to work evenings and weekends as fundraising event schedules require
- Reliable transportation required for local travel throughout the Little Rock area
- No prior experience required — we provide full paid training and develop our managers from the ground up

Schedule & Work Location This is a fully in-person, field-based management role based in Little Rock, AR. You'll be leading your team at live fundraising events, pop-up activations, and promotional shows throughout the Little Rock area during standard retail hours, including evenings and weekends. Reliable transportation is required. No remote or work-from-home options are available for this position.
