We are currently looking for an HVAC Installer to join our team with at least 4 year of HVAC experience. This position offers a rewarding, stable career path in the HVAC industry.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning and heating systems and related equipment.
- Troubleshoot HVAC issues using schematics and mechanical knowledge.
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Repair or replace defective components in HVAC units, including compressors, motors, and electrical controls.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used with company dispatch system.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and favorable driving record; must be able to travel to various job sites, company truck provided
- 4+ years HVAC industry work experience or combination of education and experience
- Works well as part of a team as well as capable of working independently
- Good communication skills between customers and dispatch required
- Understanding of refrigerant, gas, oil, propane and electric heating/air conditioning systems, heat pumps, and ductless systems
- Able to read and interpret blueprints, manuals and wiring diagrams
- Ability to safely operate tools, testing devices and surroundings
- Participate in company provided training opportunities on latest industry technologies
- Experience in HVAC low voltage systems
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Sheet Metal License, EPA and NATE certifications are a plus, but not required
