As we continue building out our HR team, we're looking for a Human Resources Generalist who's ready to roll up their sleeves and help shape how we support our people, from the day they're hired to every day after.

What You'll Bring to the Role
- Experience with benefits administration, HRIS platforms, and full-cycle recruitment
- A people-first mindset paired with sound judgment and a high degree of discretion
- The ability to juggle onboarding, employee relations, and workplace safety without missing a beat
- Comfort partnering with leaders across a large, multi-department property
- A bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience); 2+ years of HR generalist experience preferred, hospitality background a plus
