About the Role
We are looking for a diligent and energetic Driver and Event Setup Specialist to assist with our daily functions. You will be responsible for preparing event gear, operating 26-foot box trucks to reach client venues, and performing the physical assembly and disassembly of items like chairs, tables, and tents. We need a dependable individual who is physically fit and thrives in a collaborative, high-energy setting.
Core Duties-
Prepare and load event inventory into vehicles at the start of each day

Operate 26-foot box trucks securely while traveling to various event sites

Deliver necessary event components, including tables, chairs, and tents, to client locations

Help unload and arrange gear at designated event venues

Execute the assembly and dismantling of event infrastructure to ensure successful site preparation

Adhere to specific client requirements and company guidelines during the setup process

Handle all inventory with care to prevent any potential damage

Keep vehicles and workspaces tidy and well-organized

Maintain clear communication with colleagues and management

Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by following all traffic and safety protocols
Requirements-
Possession of a valid driver’s license and a spotless driving history

Prior experience navigating 26-foot box trucks is highly desirable

Capability to lift and transport heavy objects weighing 50 pounds or more

Demonstrate a strong commitment to your work and consistent attendance

Capacity to perform duties outdoors across diverse weather patterns

Flexibility to handle early start times, extended shifts, and weekend availability

Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills

Must successfully complete a drug screen and background investigation

Pay and Perks-
Base hourly rate of $22.00
