Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with cigar/tobacco needs.
- Take beverage orders accurately, utilizing POS systems such as Exatouch POS.
- Serve beverages ensuring presentation standards are met.
- Maintain cleanliness of the lounge area, including bussing tables, dishwashing, and general sanitation to uphold food safety standards.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments using POS systems; provide receipts and change as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
Skills
- Previous experience in bartending and/or cigars in a plus!!
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests, coworkers and management.
- Knowledge of beverage preparation techniques including coffee making, cocktail service, and barista skills are advantageous.
- Experience operating POS systems such as Exatouch; cash handling expertise required.
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a lively environment while maintaining attention to detail.
