Torch / Plasma Operator Requirements:
- 1+ year of manufacturing, fabrication, or material handling experience, including cutting tools (torch, plasma, saws, grinders) required
- Mechanical aptitude/ willingness to learn CNC equipment required
- Experience reading Blueprint required
- Ability to lift 50lbs required
- Experience with torch/plasma, laser, or automated cutting equipment, or measuring tools preferred
- Forklift operation or material handling/rigging experience preferred

Torch / Plasma Operator Responsibilities:
- This role involves operating CNC cutting equipment and supporting material handling in a fabrication shop
- Responsibilities include running plasma/torch tables and saws, reading blueprints, verifying measurements, and performing basic setup and troubleshooting
- Additional duties include loading and unloading materials, staging parts for production, and preparing finished materials for delivery
