THE ROLE -
We need an Electrical Project Manager who owns their projects completely. Financials, schedule, quality, safety and people. You will work directly with superintendents and foremen on the ground making decisions, solving problems and keeping everything moving in the right direction.
RESPONSIBILITIES-
+ Oversee financial results, safety, quality and production goals on assigned projects
+ Direct jobsite supervision and keep work properly planned and coordinated
+ Negotiate pricing, terms and scopes for purchase orders and subcontracts
+ Coordinate material, tooling and equipment to keep projects on track
+ Lead monthly cost report reviews for your projects
+ Manage manpower to ensure the right people are on site when needed
+ Evaluate team members and provide real coaching and feedback
+ Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards
+ Manage closeout and ensure deliverables are completed on time and on budget
WHAT YOU BRING -
+ 5 or more years of electrical experience
+ 3 or more years of construction leadership experience
+ Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code and electrical theory
+ Ability to read construction specifications, drawings and schedules
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Spectrum, Accubid and Bluebeam
