Gold Standard Restoration is a growing restoration and construction company specializing in residential and commercial property damage restoration. We provide emergency mitigation, reconstruction, and insurance restoration services while delivering exceptional customer service and quality workmanship.
We are looking for an experienced Restoration Project Manager who is motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects from start to finish.
Position Summary
The Project Manager is responsible for managing restoration and reconstruction projects from the completion of mitigation through final completion. This position requires excellent leadership, communication, scheduling, budgeting, and customer service skills. The ideal candidate has experience working with insurance restoration projects and understands how to coordinate multiple trades while maintaining high-quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage residential and commercial restoration projects.
- Coordinate subcontractors and company crews.
- Schedule all phases of construction.
- Perform job site inspections and quality control.
- Meet with homeowners, commercial clients, and insurance representatives.
- Review project scopes and ensure work is completed according to approved estimates.
- Order and coordinate materials.
- Maintain project schedules and production timelines.
- Document daily project progress with photographs and written reports.
- Manage budgets and monitor project profitability.
- Resolve job site issues quickly and professionally.
- Ensure projects comply with building codes, safety requirements, and company standards.
- Conduct final walkthroughs and obtain customer approval upon project completion.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of restoration project management experience.
- Experience managing both residential and commercial restoration projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods and multiple building trades.
- Ability to read estimates, scopes of work, and construction plans.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient with smartphones, tablets, Microsoft Office, and project management software.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Xactimate.
- IICRC certifications are a plus.
- Previous experience working with insurance claims and adjusters.
- Experience supervising subcontractors and field personnel.
