Job Title: Estimator - AGC Collision Center
Location: Los Angeles-Silverlake
Hours of Operation: Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts (Subject to change)
Salary: From $80,000.00 per year
Job Description:
AGC Collision Center is seeking an experienced Estimator to join our client-focused team. As the first point of contact in our client-based experience, the Estimator plays a crucial role in representing the face of our customer service and the initial vehicle estimating process. We prioritize bringing vehicles back to a safe condition using OEM specifications. The ideal candidate should have a growth mindset with integrity as their core value.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and Assist Guests:
- Provide a welcoming and positive experience for customers.
- Check in vehicles and photograph them at check-in and during the repair process.
- Research and Follow OEM Repair Procedures:
- Stay updated on OEM repair procedures to ensure accurate and safe repairs.
- Blueprint and Prepare Repair Plan:
- Create repair plans, responsible for all aspects of the repair order.
- Repair Order Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of repair orders.
- Customer and Insurance Communications:
- Communicate effectively with customers and insurance representatives.
- Attend Daily Production Meetings:
- Participate in daily production meetings to stay informed about repair progress.
- Final Vehicle Check and Delivery:
- Conduct a final check on repaired vehicles before delivery to ensure quality.
- Follow SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedures):
- Adhere to SOPs to maintain consistency in repair processes.
- Be a Team Player:
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals.
- Computer Savvy:
- Proficient in using CCC ONE and other relevant software.

Requirements:
- At least 10 years experience
- Attitude is crucial.
- Valid driver's license and insurability.
