Lead Retail Associate
We're looking for a Lead Retail Associate to join our team.
This position is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people, takes pride in their work, and can help lead by example on the sales floor.
People Skills Are a Must!
Our customers are the heart of what we do. We're looking for someone who naturally engages with people, starts conversations, offers assistance before being asked, and creates a welcoming experience for every customer who walks through the door.
If you'd rather stay behind the counter or focus only on tasks, this probably isn't the right fit.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of retail experience
- Previous leadership, supervisory, keyholder, or management experience
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong follow-through and task management skills
- Able to take direction well and execute consistently
- Self-motivated and able to stay productive without constant supervision
- Reliable, accountable, and professional
- Comfortable leading by example and supporting other team members
Responsibilities
- Actively engage with customers throughout every shift
- Create a welcoming and memorable shopping experience
- Lead by example on the sales floor
- Support merchandising and inventory maintenance
- Keep the store organized, stocked, and visually appealing
- Complete daily operational tasks accurately and thoroughly
- Help train and support team members
- Identify areas that need attention and take initiative to address them
