Position Details
- Position: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Location: Redding, CA
- Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
- School Setting: PreK–8
- Caseload: Maximum of 27 students
- School Year: 2026–2027
- Start Date: Immediate openings available
Responsibilities
- Conduct speech, language, and communication evaluations.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals.
- Provide direct therapy services to students.
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state and district guidelines.
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Active California SLP License.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred (CFs may be considered based on district needs).
- Previous school-based experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
