Job Description
Gripple Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative / Order Processing professional to join our growing Customer Service team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate order entry, timely communication, and exceptional service for our customers and sales partners.
You will work closely with our outside sales team, supply chain, and production departments while serving as a key point of contact for customer inquiries. We’re looking for someone who brings strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a positive, team‑oriented mindset to a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
This role reports to the Customer Service Manager and is based on-site at Gripple’s North American headquarters in Aurora, IL.

Key Responsibilities
- Enter high volumes of customer orders accurately into our ERP system
- Verify customer purchase orders for accuracy and completeness
- Check stock availability and provide order status updates
- Answer customer inquiries via phone and email regarding pricing, orders, and shipment tracking
- Support the outside sales team with administrative and order-related requests
- Coordinate with Supply Chain and Production to ensure timely manufacturing and shipping
- Resolve order changes, discrepancies, and customer issues, communicating updates clearly to internal teams
- Maintain strong customer relationships through responsive, professional service
- Contribute to continuous improvement of customer service processes and systems
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of customer service experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with ERP or order entry systems
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals

Job Type and Pay
· Job Type: Full-time, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
· Pay: $45,000 – $55,000 per year (depending on experience)
· This is not a remote position.
