Core Responsibilities-
Configure and manage the operation of folding and gluing machinery.

Examine production requirements and job orders to guide your workflow.

Ensure high output standards by observing product quality and performing necessary machine calibrations.

Address minor mechanical malfunctions and execute standard equipment upkeep to keep operations running smoothly.

Finalize all necessary production logs and paperwork.

Collaborate effectively with Packers, Feeders, and the wider production staff to optimize operational efficiency.

Foster a secure and tidy workspace by adhering to established 5S protocols.
Professional Requirements
Essential Qualifications:

Proven background in running folding or gluing machinery, or a demonstrated mechanical proficiency with strong problem-solving skills.

Completion of high school or equivalent education.

Capability to interpret production documentation and job ticket instructions.

Capacity to function autonomously within a high-speed production facility.
Desired Qualifications:

Three or more years of direct experience with folding and gluing systems.

Background in the printing, packaging, or converting sectors.

Fundamental computer literacy.

Familiarity with digital production tracking software.
