Senior Shift Leader – Full-Time

We’re looking for a motivated, Full-Time Senior Shift Leader to join our team. In this role, you will be a primary driving force on the floor—running smooth shifts, leading our crew by example, and ensuring every guest leaves with the ultimate ice cream experience and a loyalty membership.
What You’ll Do
- Own the Floor: Lead, motivate, and organize the crew during your shifts, setting the pace and standard through your own work ethic and positive energy.
- Run Flawless Shifts: Keep operations running smoothly, safely, and efficiently, especially during peak rushes. Ensure all opening, mid-day, and closing checklists are completed perfectly.
- Drive Sales & Loyalty: Lead the charge on the floor by engaging genuinely with guests, executing smart upselling, and actively driving loyalty program sign-ups.
- Coach in the Moment: Act as a hands-on trainer for crew members, providing real-time coaching on operational standards, portion control, safety, and excellent guest service.
- Daily Execution: Manage point-of-sale transactions accurately, handle shift-level cash drawer reconciliations, and assist with daily inventory tracking.
- Build Team Culture: Foster a positive, collaborative, and fun working environment where crew members feel supported, accountable, and motivated to do their best.
- Maintain Excellence: Ensure the store is consistently clean, fully stocked, organized, and welcoming for both the team and our guests.
What We’re Looking For
- Dynamic Leadership: High energy, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for guiding and supporting a team in a fast-paced retail or food service environment.
- Proven Experience: Prior experience as a shift leader, captain, or keyholder in food service or retail is preferred, with a strong track record of reliability.
- Strong Communicator: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to give clear, constructive direction to the crew during a busy rush.
- Full-Time Commitment: Open availability to work full-time hours, with primary availability during our high-volume shifts—including evenings, weekends, and holidays—and a willingness to support the store operations across various dayparts.
- Hands-on Work Ethic: A leader who isn't afraid to jump on the stone, scoop, clean, and work side-by-side with the crew to maintain high standards.
