We offer the highest hourly rate in the region for licensed agents—$26/hour, paid weekly, with monthly commission bonuses based on your enrollment performance. And best of all? All calls are inbound—no cold calling, no outbound dialing, no transfers. You’ll speak with real prospects who are actively seeking health coverage. You will earn $21 per Hour during your first 6 Months tenure, then Receive a $5 Increase to your hourly pay.
Our New 13,000 Sqft Office In Tampa boasts a Large Modern Open Floor Plan, with an Employee Lounge area, A Highscale gym with showers, a Cafe with choices from steak to freshly made Italian pasta, to all sorts of options. The Office Building has dozens of outside and inside seating areas, including a large Floor to Ceiling Atrium that makes for a nice break if you are not taking one in the employee lounge area.

What You’ll Do
- Guide clients through their Medicare options and help them enroll in the plan that best meets their needs
- Educate clients on additional health products, including Med Supps, Life, Ancillary, and more
- Conduct needs-based consultations and verify eligibility to match them with top-tier plans
- Maintain accurate records and ensure full compliance with HIPAA and CMS guidelines
- Stay current with Medicare updates and carrier changes to provide the most competitive options
- Deliver a professional, fast-paced, and consultative customer experience on every call

What We’re Looking For
- Active Health Insurance License
- Previous experience in Medicare sales, telesales, or health insurance (preferred)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Sales-driven with a passion for helping others
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- or multilingual candidates strongly encouraged to apply
- Solid understanding of HIPAA regulations and ethical sales practices
