Job Description:
Stefanek | Regalbuto is looking for motivated, qualified candidates for a Tax Manager position. Candidates should have at least 5-10 to years of experience and hold a CPA or EA license. Candidates will work closely with our partner and management team to serve our clients.
Primary Responsibilities include:
- Tax planning: Advising clients on tax planning and the potential tax implications of business decisions
- Tax preparation: Preparing and review of tax filings for clients in compliance with IRS guidelines
- Tax audits: Managing tax audits for clients
- Tax reporting: Ensuring that company tax filings comply with federal, state, and local tax codes
- Tax documents: Reviewing and analyzing tax documents and financial reports to ensure they meet regulatory standards
- Tax-saving opportunities: Identifying opportunities to save on taxes and maximize efficiency
- Tax staff: Training, and supervising tax staff
- Legislative and regulatory developments: Monitoring developments in tax law and communicating their effects to management and the tax team
Desired Skills & Experience:
