Working directly with the Director of Human Resources, this position plays a key role in attracting top talent, developing employees, supporting performance and talent management initiatives, promoting workplace safety, and fostering a positive employee experience.

Remain stationary for 60%+ of the time; move/traverse throughout the office to access file cabinets and office equipment; operate a computer and other productivity machinery; inspect documents; communicate with others through talking/hearing; read/identify/assess forms and correspondence.
