Job Summary

Duties
- Provide strategic leadership by developing and implementing curriculum plans that promote holistic child development and align with educational standards.
- Manage daily center operations, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Supervise teaching staff and support their professional growth through coaching and ongoing training .
- Ensure compliance with licensing regulations, health and safety standards, and best practices in education administration.
- Foster positive relationships with families through effective communication, public speaking engagements.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in education administration or early childhood management with a strong background in classroom teaching and supervision.
- Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development tailored to diverse age groups and developmental stages.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams, supervising staff, and guiding organizational strategy.
- Excellent public speaking abilities to effectively communicate with families, staff, community partners, and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of licensing requirements for childcare centers and familiarity with health & safety protocols.
