- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective drivers
- Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and follow-up communications
- Meet hiring goals through proactive recruitment efforts
- Represent the company at job fairs, hiring events, and community engagement activities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for driver candidates throughout the hiring process
- Coordinate and facilitate onboarding and orientation for Independent Contractors (ICs)
- Guide new drivers through application requirements, compliance documentation, and onboarding procedures
- Ensure a professional, welcoming, and seamless onboarding experience
- Provide ongoing support and answer questions throughout the hiring process
- Build and maintain positive relationships with drivers and newly onboarded contractors
- Foster a positive company culture through regular communication and engagement
- Address concerns and connect drivers with appropriate support resources
- Partner with leadership to support retention initiatives and driver satisfaction programs
- Encourage long-term success through ongoing relationship-building efforts
- Maintain accurate recruiting, hiring, and onboarding records
- Monitor hiring activity, onboarding completion, and recruiting metrics
- Prepare reports and provide updates to management as needed
- Support workforce planning and recruitment-related initiatives
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure an outstanding candidate and driver experience
- Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, sales, customer service, human resources, or a related field preferred
