Role Overview
As an Assembly Technician, you will manage the construction, electrical verification, troubleshooting, and quality assurance of electromechanical units. Your primary goal is to ensure that all assemblies align with established quality benchmarks while keeping accurate records of all production documentation.
Schedule
The standard shift runs from 7:00am to 3:30pm.
Core Responsibilities

Interpret engineering blueprints, bills of materials, and standard operating procedures to guide your workflow.

Operate a range of hand tools, precision measuring instruments like calipers and micrometers, and testing equipment such as Multimeters and HiPot testers to ensure product integrity.

Perform necessary calculations and conduct final product testing to verify compliance with standing instructions.

Help maintain consistent production output by assembling components according to established work guidelines.

Ensure shipment accuracy by verifying quantities against Work Orders and preparing finished goods for delivery.

Conduct thorough visual and dimensional inspections on incoming parts to guarantee they meet drawing specifications and quality standards.

Contribute to the maintenance of ISO certifications and documentation by participating in annual training and audit support.

Facilitate the efficient intake of materials from vendors and customers to keep the Assembly Center running smoothly.

Manage and track all materials identified as non-conforming to maintain inventory integrity.

Provide support for general inventory management tasks.
Required Background
A High School diploma or GED is required, while technical school training is considered a plus. Candidates should have at least one year of professional experience in assembly, inventory control, or quality assurance.
