Qualifications of Commercial Carpentry Project Manager:
- 10+ Years of Commercial Construction / Carpentry experience required
- PM, Estimating, or Superintendent Background required
- Experience Managing Commercial Union Carpentry / Interior Construction Projects required
- Experience working for a Union Commercial Carpentry Subcontractor preferred
- Experience with Commercial Rough / Finish Carpentry, Millwork, Casework, Doors, Frames and Hardware (DFH), Blocking, Backing, or Division 10 Installs preferred
- Existing Relationships in Chicagoland Commercial Construction Market is a plus

Responsibilities of Commercial Carpentry Project Manager:
- This role involves managing commercial union carpentry and interior construction projects from estimating through completion
- Responsibilities include preparing estimates, managing project schedules and budgets, coordinating union carpentry crews and subcontractors, procuring materials, communicating with clients, etc.
- Additional duties may include conducting job site visits, and overseeing commercial rough and finish carpentry, millwork, casework, doors, frames and hardware, blocking, backing, and Division 10 specialty projects
- Work may involve office buildings, healthcare facilities, tenant improvements, institutional buildings, mixed-use developments, and other commercial projects throughout the Chicagoland area
