DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
- Greet all guests promptly and professionally
- Document primary concerns and then review additional maintenance needs when appropriate
- Provide proper estimates and document any changes made to repair order
- Update customer regarding work performed on vehicle and contact customer as soon as vehicle is ready for pick up
- Call and schedule appointments for special order parts
- Schedule next service appointment for customer
- Update customer information on file as necessary
- Maintain Toyota Certification
- Other duties as assigned.

DISCLAIMER:
The position offered is a full-time schedule from 9am-6pm during the week and 8am-5pm on Saturdays. Closed on Sundays with one day off during the week. Alternating Saturdays off typically every 6 weeks.
