About the Role:
We are seeking a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) to work on our weekend shift, providing high-quality care to our residents in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for:
Providing direct patient care, including basic nursing tasks, vital sign monitoring, and assisting with activities of daily living
Maintaining accurate and detailed documentation of patient care
Working collaboratively with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Responsibilities:
Assist with bathing, dressing, and grooming residents
Monitor and report any changes in resident condition to the nurse
Help residents with daily living activities, such as eating, toileting, and ambulation
What We Offer:
Requirements:
Current certification as a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) in the state of Pennsylvania

High school diploma or equivalent required
Rate: $21.00-$23.50/hour PLUS BAYLOR BONUS!
