Responsibilities

- Oversee food production, ensuring all dishes meet quality standards and are prepared efficiently
- Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, stock rotation, and minimizing waste through effective cost control measures
- Enforce food safety and sanitizing procedures to maintain a clean, safe working environment in compliance with health regulations
- Coordinate catering events and banquet services, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality food for large groups or special occasions
- Monitor kitchen performance during shifts, providing training and mentorship to foster team development and high morale
Experience
- Proven experience in fine dining environments with a strong background in culinary arts and restaurant management
- Extensive banquet experience with the ability to oversee large-scale food service operations
- Supervising experience leading teams within a fast-paced kitchen setting
- Demonstrated expertise in food handling, food safety practices, and sanitizing procedures
- Skilled in menu planning, food preparation, catering coordination, and inventory management
- Background in managing costs effectively while maintaining high-quality standards
- Experience with hospitality service management including shift management and customer service excellence
