Job Summary
We are seeking full-time and part-time Licensed Manicurists to join our dynamic beauty team, working with some of the most talented and highly sought-after manicurists in the area and a friendly and fun atmosphere.
In this role, you will deliver exceptional nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, and nail art, while providing a welcoming and relaxing experience for our clients, who will often become your friends. Your expertise will help clients look and feel their best, boosting their confidence with beautifully maintained nails. You will also have the opportunity to learn new, time-saving techniques that are not taught in cosmetology school. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills and learn new ones in a vibrant environment that values creativity, professionalism, and outstanding customer service.
You will also have the opportunity to be an affiliate marketer of Lisa's beauty products, which will allow you to earn a percentage of sales placed through your affiliate link, if you choose to participate.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of professional nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and care
- Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable nail treatments or enhancements based on their needs and lifestyle
- Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization protocols to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff
- Educate clients on proper nail care routines and aftercare to prolong the longevity of their treatments
- Upsell additional services like add-ons, face waxing, and beauty products to enhance client satisfaction and revenue
- Keep detailed records of services provided, products used, and client preferences for future reference
- Stay current with industry trends, new techniques, and product innovations to continually elevate your craft
Skills
- Deep knowledge of color theory to create visually appealing nail designs that complement clients’ styles
- Excellent customer service skills to build rapport, listen actively, and ensure a positive experience for every client
- Strong understanding of sanitation standards and sterilization procedures within the beauty industry
- Proficiency in nail care cosmetology practices
- Ability to perform advanced nail techniques such as intricate nail art using various tools and products
- Effective communication skills for maintaining a pleasant and enjoyable experience for clients and dealing with issues or misunderstandings that may arise

Pay: $500.00 - $1,500.00 per week
