Assist with meal preparation, tray assembly, and meal service
Deliver meals to residents in a timely and courteous manner
Wash dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen and dining area
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and infection prevention procedures
Work with the dietary team to provide an enjoyable dining experience for every resident
Prepare nutritious, high-quality meals according to menus and therapeutic diets
Ensure meals are prepared safely and served on schedule
Maintain proper food temperatures, storage, and sanitation standards
Follow all food safety and infection prevention guidelines
Assist with inventory, food preparation, and kitchen organization
Work closely with the Dietary Manager and dietary team to provide exceptional meal service
Must be at least 18 years old
Previous dietary, food service, or cooking experience is preferred but not required
Food Handler Certification is preferred or willingness to obtain certification if required
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Dependable, compassionate, and resident-focused
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds
