Fulcrum Construction Group is seeking experienced LOCAL Traveling Superintendents for projects located in and around the Gulf Coast and Southeast region.
- TRAVEL IS REQUIRED.
- Candidates must have 5-10 years of ground up commercial experience as a Construction Superintendent.
- Knowledge in site work / civil construction experience is a plus
- Ground Up Commercial Experience is a MUST
- Assists in the development of project schedules and updating of progress construction schedules.
- Coordinate and manage on-site construction activities from pre-start-up to completion. Schedule work, including subcontractors and owner vendors.
- Establish and maintain high safety and quality standards in accordance to company and industry standards.
- Prepares or review reports on progress and adjusts work schedules as indicated by reports.
- Review all drawings, i.e. shop, architectural, structural, etc. when they are issued to the field and coordinate and maintain a current set at all times
- Maintains a clean and organized work site.
- All candidates must submit a project list along with complete resume.
