MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE
Pay: $22.00 - $35.00 per hour
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Structural Steel Welder to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for welding, fabricating, and assembling structural steel components while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
Responsibilities:
- Perform MIG, TIG, FCAW, and Stick welding on structural steel components.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding specifications.
- Fabricate, fit, and assemble steel structures according to project requirements.
- Inspect welds to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Operate welding and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently.
- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.
- Work independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of structural steel/railing welding experience.
- Must be able to read and understand engineering drawings and blueprints.
- Proficiency in MIG, FCAW, and Stick welding processes.
- Valid welding certifications preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and workmanship.
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in a physically demanding environment.

Experience:
- Structural Steel Welder: 3 years (Required)
