Medical Director (Dermatologist or Plastic Surgeon) Supplement Your Income While Maintaining Your Primary Practice

Harmony First Medspa is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Dermatologist or Plastic Surgeon to serve as our Medical Director.
This is a flexible opportunity for a physician interested in providing medical oversight for a growing medical spa while maintaining their current professional commitments.
The Medical Director will oversee the clinical aspects of the practice, helping ensure compliance with Florida regulations and supporting the delivery of safe, high-quality patient care across our aesthetic, medical weight loss, and IV infusion services.
Responsibilities
Provide physician oversight for all clinical services offered by the practice, including aesthetic treatments, medical weight loss, and IV infusion therapy.
Ensure compliance with Florida laws, regulations, and accepted standards of care.
Review and approve clinical protocols as appropriate.
Be available for physician consultation when needed.
Review medical documentation as required.
Support the Nurse Practitioner in maintaining quality patient care.
Qualifications
Active, unrestricted Florida M.D. or D.O. license. Board-certified or board-eligible in Dermatology or Plastic Surgery.
Strong clinical judgment and professional communication skills.
Compensation Starting at $1,000 per month, with opportunities for increased compensation as the practice grows and based on the level of involvement.
