Tri-Star Landscapes, LLC is hiring for its Pool Construction division in Alcoa, TN 37701.
**This position is for a POOL CONSTRUCTION FOREMAN **
-Clean driving record and valid Driver's License are Required.
-Previous verifiable Pool Construction experience required for foreman position, and desired for trainee position.
-Bi-Lingual is strongly preferred (English/Spanish).
Job Duties Typically Can Include the Following:
>Installation of Fiberglass Pools & Spas + all related components (pool plumbing, main drains, returns, spa jets, water features, heaters, salt cells, automation panels, automatic pool covers, lights, etc.)
>Basic knowledge of pool water chemistry and how adjust with appropriate chemicals
>Basic knowledge of pool cleaning
>Basic knowledge of pool accessories
>Skid steer/excavator experience is a plus
>Efficient operation of a laser level
>Strong management skills to efficiently & effectively manage a crew
>Ability to coordinate with our other divisions to offer the customer a seamless install experience (machine operators, dump truck drivers, landscapers, hardscapers, etc.)
The Pool Construction Foreman position puts you on the fast track to earning a foreman position by allowing you to adapt to our company first & learn new skills by working side by side with our current foreman. You will also receive hands on training & guidance from our management team, allowing for a successful transition into the foreman position. Please note that since this position is geared towards promotion into a driving position, a valid drivers license & clean driving record is REQUIRED, NO EXCEPTIONS (acceptance by our insurance carrier will be verified). While there is no timeline for successful transition into a Foreman position, we typically see this process take as little as a couple weeks.
