The Institute for Urban Education (IUE) offers coursework in early childhood, elementary, middle, and secondary education, in curriculum, TESOL, multicultural education, special education, culturally responsive teaching, and reading, and in English/Language Arts, natural science, social studies, art, and mathematics.

Organizational Structure:
The School of Education, Social Work, and Psychological Sciences (ESWPS) is comprised of three (3) academic divisions: Teacher Education and Curriculum Studies; Counseling and Educational Psychology; and Educational Leadership, Policy and Foundations. Adjunct faculty teaching in the School of Education are responsible for teaching regular courses as assigned by the Division Chairperson. This posting is specific for individuals qualified and interested in teaching for the division of Teacher Education & Curriculum Studies, at either the undergraduate or graduate level.
This position is part-time and not eligible for benefits. Hours will depend on the opportunity. Contracts are generally issued on a semester-by-semester basis.
