Pay
- $20 – $23 per hour
- Final compensation is negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
Work Schedule
Available schedules:
- 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM, 1 position
- 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM, 1 position
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual in Chinese or Korean preferred
- CNC operating experience preferred
- Urethane coating experience preferred
- Prior manufacturing or production experience preferred
- Line lead or senior operator experience is a plus
- Ability to read and follow production specifications
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work in a team environment
Duties and Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production equipment
- Perform CNC machine operation and/or urethane coating process operation, if applicable
- Support daily production activities
- Follow production specifications and quality standards
- Conduct outgoing shipment inspections
- Maintain equipment and work areas in a clean and safe condition
- Follow company safety and quality control procedures
- Communicate production issues or quality concerns to supervisors
- Support team operations as needed
