The Compliance Associate I will support and complete various compliance-related tasks, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards, and company policies along with maintaining efficient processes within the compliance department.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Acquire comprehensive knowledge of the bank’s fraud security monitoring system Outseer and provide backup support for daily and monthly report reviews.

Maintain, update, and generate reports as needed.

Conduct reviews of new loan applications and distribute compliance checklists.

Accurately document and record commercial real estate turn downs and withdrawn files.
-
Address OFAC concerns received from other departments.

Ensure timely fulfillment and response to the bank’s FinCEN 314a requests.

Oversee the creation, modification, and maintenance of the bank’s various internal forms.

Distribute monthly compliance updates to bank employees.
-
Compile and provide accurate CRA statistics quarterly.

Track bank vendors to ensure compliance with bank policies.
-
Maintain and update the bank’s training logs.
-
Assist in the digitalization of the compliance department.

Track the bank’s advertising programs.
-
Revise and maintain compliance manuals, as necessary.

Prepare bulletins to inform staff of updates to manuals and SOPs, as necessary.

Schedule and track SAR updates to ensure compliance.

Process returned mail and address changes for customer accounts.

Track and ensure compliance with E-Oscar
Required Skills and Qualifications:
