The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Flex Associate to assist as needed with receiving, fulfillment, safety, and inventory management. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who takes pride in careful, accurate work and enjoys a steady, organized warehouse environment. Please note, this is NOT a management position.
What You Will Do
Receiving and Unloading:
- Assist with receiving incoming shipments
- Unload/unpack shipments, count and sort as instructed by the Warehouse Manager
- Inspect products for damage or defects and report issues to the Warehouse Manager
- Bring products to/from our photography location to our warehouse (0.5 mile drive each way)
Safety and Compliance:
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
- Operate warehouse equipment as trained, following safety guidelines
Inventory Management:
- Assist with stock replenishment and cycle counting
- Help in maintaining a clean and well-organized warehouse
Pick, Pack, Ship:
- Accurately pick items from shelves or bins based on sales orders
- Inspect items for accuracy, damage, or defects before packing
- Ship packed orders, ensuring proper labeling and documentation
What We Are Seeking
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior warehouse, fulfillment, shipping, or e-commerce experience is a plus, but not required, as we will train the right person
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Care and a steady hand when handling fragile, delicate, or high-value merchandise
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, and move for extended periods
- Comfort with basic computer and shipping software
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well both independently and as part of a small team
- A positive attitude and pride in a job well done
Schedule & Location
- On-site at our Weston, MA facility
- Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM
- Flexibility during peak seasons may be required
Schedule, Pay & Seasonal Policies
- Pay rate: $22.00 per hour
- On-site at our Weston, MA facility, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM
- Overtime: Occasional mandatory weekend overtime is required during high-volume seasons. Overtime is paid at time and a half (1.5× the regular hourly rate).
- Peak season — paid time off: Due to high order volume, paid time off (PTO) is not available during our peak season, October through December. PTO requests outside of these months are welcome.
