Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations for the San Diego division
- Manage Project Managers and Field Supervisors
- Own division P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget
- Allocate labor and equipment efficiently
- Coach, mentor, and develop leadership teams
- Promote a strong safety culture
Qualifications
- 10+ years of utility or telecom construction experience
- 5+ years leading multiple Project Managers or Supervisors
- Experience managing division or business unit P&L
- Strong customer relationship and operational leadership skills
- Background in telecom, utility, or infrastructure construction
- Bachelor's degree preferred
Pay: $90,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
