Must be 18 years of age. Lift 50lbs. Motivate, coach, and lead team members to achieve company expectations. Must have previous leadership and warehouse experience. Hours vary between 5am-11pm. Bi-weekly pay. Customer service, salesfloor, and register. Business acumen.
This role is primarily for our Backroom Supervisor - Responsibilities include;
-
Complete truck and replenishment responsibilities including unloading trucks, sorting and processing freight from the
Backroom to the sales floor. -
Maintaining cleanliness and organization of warehouse and its entirety. ( Trash, cardboard, carrying fixtures, building fixtures, rotating freight)

Training new associates on proper procedures and Best Practices

Lead associates in the sorting and product preparation for sales floor presentation per established units and cartons per
hour guidelines -
Maintain an awareness of a safe work environment by maintaining a neat, clean, and organized store, and
supporting a culture of integrity
