We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our family like team at The Castle Irish Pub. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and health regulations.
- Engage with customers to provide excellent service, taking orders and making recommendations based on their preferences.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, utilizing basic math skills for cash handling and retail math.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.
- Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies, placing orders as necessary to maintain stock.
- Uphold high standards of hospitality while working effectively under pressure during peak hours.
Requirements
- Three year minimum requirement
- HOSPITALITY is what we are known for, this is a MUST.
- Familiarity with POS systems is highly desirable.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Experience in high volume settings.

Pay: $20.00 - $60.00 per hour
