Introduction:
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our team.
The Administrative Assistant supports the daily administrative, operational, and coordination needs of
the community to ensure efficient operations and high-quality resident services. This role serves as a
key point of contact for residents, families, staff, and external partners while providing administrative
support related to scheduling, communication, HRIS timekeeping, onboarding coordination,
reporting, and office management. The Administrative Assistant works closely with the Assisted Living
Director and leadership team to support staffing, resident engagement, compliance, and the overall
mission of Vitality Living
Responsibilities:

Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner

Coordinate appointments and transportation for residents
Greet and assist visitors and clients
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
File and maintain electronic and hard copy documents
Assist with event planning and coordination
Perform light office duties, such as ordering supplies and maintaining equipment
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with computer systems and software, such as Microsoft Office and email
Excellent organization and time management skills
Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload
Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus
