Mediterraneo, located at the picturesque Westlake Village Inn, is seeking a Bartender who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service in a full-service restaurant environment. As a bartender, you will ensure that all guests have a memorable dining experience.
General Responsibilities:

Greet and serve guests at the bar

Pour drinks using standard pour specifications

Handle cash and credit card transactions

Clean and stock bar daily

Record accurate tip out sheets daily

May assist with cleaning of operational areas

May assist staff in serving tables
Requirements:
Requirements:

2-3 years of experience as a Bartender in a restaurant or upscale lounge environment

Must have a valid California Food Handler’s Card

Must have thorough knowledge of alcoholic beverages, cocktail recipes, preparation methods, glassware, equipment, and service

Must have current knowledge of legal aspects of alcoholic beverage service (TIPS Certified or ability to obtain certification)

Must be able to read, write, and speak English proficiently

Exceptional customer service skills

Basic computer skills

Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and evenings
