The Lodge at Red Rocks
Let’s get one thing crystal clear before we go any further (and before Indeed sends us 437 non-qualified applicants):
You MUST be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
No exceptions.
If you are not a CNA, this role is not for you.
Yes, we will check.
Still here? Perfect. You might be our unicorn.
We’re looking for a CNA-certified Driver who can safely transport our residents while also understanding exactly what they need—because you’ve been in the trenches. This isn’t just “driving a van.” This is caring, awareness, compassion, and knowing how to pivot when a resident says, “I’m fine” (but you know better).
You’ll be:
Transporting residents to appointments safely and calmly
Assisting residents as needed (because CNA experience is essential)
Communicating with nursing staff like a pro
Representing The Lodge at Red Rocks with professionalism, kindness, and just the right amount of personality
Our residents deserve someone who:
Understands transfers, mobility, and safety
Can recognize changes in condition
Knows resident dignity isn’t optional
Has CNA instincts, not just a driver’s license
Again, for the people in the back:
PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU ARE A CNA.
A genuinely positive, supportive environment
A team that actually likes working together (wild concept, we know)
Leadership that has your back
One of the BEST NHAs in the industry—respected, supportive, and an absolute pro
This is one of those facilities people hope for but rarely find.
Active CNA certification (required, required, required)
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred
Compassion, patience, and reliability
Ability to balance professionalism with warmth
If you are not a CNA, this is not the role for you.
If you are a CNA and want a unique, meaningful role outside the typical floor grind—this might be your moment.
Apply now and drive with purpose.
