Job Overview
We’re looking for a Branch Manager to join our team at our Richmond location. A leader who drives our business forward while coaching their team to become leaders themselves. As a natural leader, you’ll find smarter ways to work, boost sales, and keep our customers happy, all while making sure the branch runs smoothly and stays profitable. What You'll Do
- Lead all day-to-day branch operations with a focus on growth, efficiency, and customer experience
- Train, and develop technicians into future leaders
- Build and manage a high-performing technician sales culture
- Coach and hold teams accountable to service quality, production, and performance standards
- Drive branch profitability through operational efficiency, route optimization, and team development
- Analyze branch KPIs, labor, and P&L performance to identify opportunities for improvement
- Work closely with sales and service teams to grow customer retention and revenue
- Ensure compliance with licensing, safety, and operational standards
- Create a culture built around teamwork, ownership, and continuous improvement
- Lead from the front and set the standard for professionalism and customer service

Qualifications & Experience
- Proven Leadership Experience: You have a solid background in a leadership role, preferably as a Branch Manager, Operations Manager, or something similar.
- Operational Know-How: You have hands-on experience managing profitability, operational performance, and customer satisfaction.
- Required Licensing: A valid driver's license with a clean driving record and an active State Pest Applicator's license are required. (Having a Wood Destroying Pest/WDO/WDI license is a huge plus, but not required)
