We are seeking an experienced and passionate Kitchen Staff / Line Cook to join our fast-paced casual dining team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of restaurant kitchen experience and a strong commitment to food safety and high-quality meal preparation.
Work Schedule & Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years of kitchen/restaurant experience (Required)
- Shift Flexibility: Must be available to work 3+ days per week ( Including Weekend)
- Hours: Minimum of 3 hours per day
Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and serve high-quality meals according to our standards and presentation guidelines.
- Assist with daily meal and food preparation (prep planning).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment in strict adherence to food safety regulations.
- Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless and efficient service.
- Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure dishes are delivered hot, on time, and to the correct table.
- Assist with preparing and packaging to-go orders as required.
- Perform other duties as needed, including helping with basic food prep and dietary aide tasks.
Experience & Requirements
- Strong understanding of food preparation methods and casual dining cuisine.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Familiarity with prep planning and food safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills with a positive attitude.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 60 pounds.
- Experience with catering and special events is a plus (asset).
