Your Role
We are a small floral wholesale operation in Niagara Falls looking for a versatile team player to join the foundation of our operation. You won’t be stuck in one place. You’ll be the engine that keeps our supply chain moving and our customers happy. This is a multi-faceted role where you will rotate between:
- Procurement & Logistics: Managing pickups from our local suppliers, including crossing the Canadian border (requires valid NYS Enhanced License or Passport).
- Warehouse Operations: Inventory management, picking, and packing fresh product.
- Sales & Client Success: Building relationships, assisting clients with orders, and managing local pickups at our facility.
What We’re Looking For
- A “Get It Done” Attitude: You’re comfortable jumping between physical warehouse tasks, professional sales conversations, and driving logistics.
- Required Credentials: A valid NYS Enhanced License or valid Passport for cross-border travel.
- Reliability: You take ownership of your tasks and show up ready to work.
- Physical Aptitude: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Full-Time or Part-Time?
We are looking for the right person, regardless of the hours.
- Full-Time (Operations Specialist): You handle the full cycle—Procurement, Warehouse, and Sales.
- Part-Time (Focused Contributor): You specialize in specific areas based on your strengths (e.g., Warehouse/Logistics or Sales/Pickups).
- Please specify your preferred commitment level in your application.
Schedule & Flexibility
The floral industry is dynamic and seasonal. Our shifts fluctuate based on market demand and holiday flow. We need someone who thrives on variety and understands that our busy seasons (like Valentine’s and Mother’s Day) require extra focus and commitment.
