Job Summary
Job Listing: Experienced HVAC Technician Needed for Commercial Only Position.
Candidate must be able to work independently to troubleshoot commercial HVAC equipment. He/ she should have excellent written and oral communication skills and be able to estimate equipment repair and replacement costs.
Qualifications:
· Must have appropriate certifications to work with refrigerants.
· Must be able to demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills.
· We are a drug free workplace!
· Valid Florida driver's license with good driving record.
· Must have good customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
Responsibilities Include: - Perform new equipment start-ups, run service calls (troubleshoot/ diagnose), preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment including: Package RTU’s, split system a/c’s, pumps, air cooled chillers, heaters, cooling towers, WSHP’s etc…
Rotating on-call schedule. Must be available 24/7 during on-call week.
Compensation: Pay commensurate with education and experience. More details available upon request. Pay raise upon completion of 90-day probation.

Certifications: EPA mandatory, bring all other certifications to interview
Experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience required. Military experience and/or sales ability a plus. Accredited trade school completion in combination with field work experience accepted.

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
