We’re looking for a motivated, hands-on Fulfillment Supervisor to lead our fulfillment operations, support and develop team members, and drive continuous improvements throughout the shipping and distribution process. If you’re a strong leader who enjoys coaching people, solving operational challenges, and creating efficient workflows, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do
As our Fulfillment Supervisor, you’ll oversee daily fulfillment operations while ensuring orders are processed accurately, safely, and on schedule. You’ll work closely with production, customer service, scheduling, and logistics teams to keep work flowing efficiently.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Supervising daily fulfillment, shipping, and distribution activities.
- Leading, coaching, and developing fulfillment team members.
- Scheduling workloads to meet production and customer delivery deadlines.
- Monitoring productivity, quality, and accuracy of outgoing orders.
- Ensuring compliance with safety procedures and company policies.
- Identifying opportunities to improve workflow, efficiency, and organization.
- Coordinating with production teams to prioritize work and resolve issues.
- Managing inventory accuracy and supporting cycle counts as needed.
- Assisting with staffing, training, performance management, and employee development.
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the department.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Supporting additional operational projects as assigned.

What We’re Looking For
Successful candidates will bring:
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- 3–5 years of experience in fulfillment, shipping, warehouse, commercial print, or manufacturing operations.
- Ability to read and interpret job tickets and production schedules.
- Experience with shipping carriers including UPS, FedEx, USPS, and LTL freight.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience using Microsoft Office and production management software.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and customer service.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
- Knowledge of ERP or warehouse management systems.
- Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma experience.
- Forklift certification or ability to become certified.

Physical Requirements
- This position requires the ability to:
- Work in warehouse and manufacturing environments.
- Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday.
- Frequently bend, reach, push, pull, and lift materials.
- Occasionally lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Operate warehouse equipment as required.
- Use computers and handheld devices throughout the workday.
