Sales & Customer Service
- Greet and assist customers, offering styling help and product recommendations
- Provide excellent, friendly, and knowledgeable service
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a welcoming and visually appealing store environment
Bracelet Making
- Create bracelets and other small accessories following shop styles and standards
- Restock items and ensure displays remain full and visually attractive
- Assist in designing new bracelet styles or seasonal collections
Boutique Operations
- Help merchandise and style clothing racks, shelves, and displays
- Tag, steam, and prep new inventory
- Keep the boutique clean, organized, and inviting
- Assist with opening/closing procedures
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Basic jewelry-making skills (beading, knotting, assembly) — training available
- Strong sense of style and attention to detail
- Friendly, positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced boutique environment
- Reliability and punctuality are a must
- Must be reliable and able to work a full range of store hours (10 AM – 8 PM)
- Must be available weekends and holidays
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
