What You’ll Be Doing:
As our Assistant GM, you'll be hands-on in every aspect of the restaurant, ensuring top-notch food quality and unforgettable guest experiences. We need someone who can lead with energy and keep things running smoothly, even during the busiest shifts. Here’s a quick snapshot of your day-to-day:
- Jump into any FOH or BOH role daily!
- Successfully run the show solo when the GM’s away
- Oversee both front and back of house operations
- Deliver exceptional service that keeps customers coming back
- Train, mentor, and motivate the team to perform at their best
- Monitor food quality, safety standards, and cleanliness
- Propose fresh ideas to improve operations and guest satisfaction

Projected Total Compensation: $46,500.00 - $61,250.00 per year

- Are you able to easily and reliably commute to 1023 South Washington Street in Naperville, Illinois without incurring any financial strain and ensuring you can arrive on time for each scheduled shift?
- On a scale of 1 to 5, how comfortable are you with administrative responsibilities that come with a management role — such as scheduling, ordering, inventory, and responding to emails?
- This role requires a 50-hour workweek, typically following a five-day on, two-day off schedule. Shifts can fall between 9:00 AM and 10:00 PM, and your scheduled days on and off will remain consistent each week. Are you able to commit to this schedule?
