Position Summary:
As a Per Diem Registered Nurse, you will provide patient-centered care to hospice patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being. Your fluency in Korean will be instrumental in serving our Korean-speaking community and bridging the communication gap for enhanced care.
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in supervising staff, conducting patient evaluations, and managing admissions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and support nursing staff to ensure the highest quality of care.
- Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to assess their needs and develop appropriate care plans.
- Facilitate and manage the patient admissions process, ensuring a smooth and compassionate transition into care.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective communication and continuity of care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards.
Qualifications:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in CA.
- Experience in hospice, palliative care, or home health preferred.
- Fluent in Korean (speaking, reading, and writing).
- Compassionate, dependable, and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Pay Rate:
The pay rate varies depending on the location of the patient. Specific details will be discussed during the interview process.
