Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need of personal care. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for our clients, ensuring their comfort and well-being in a home or facility setting. This role is crucial in delivering personalized care, fostering independence, and maintaining dignity for those we serve.
Duties
- Provide compassionate personal care to clients, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Monitor patient health by observing and recording changes in condition, reporting any concerns to healthcare professionals.
- Assist with mobility and transfers, including lifting clients safely to prevent injury.
- Support clients with medication management as directed by healthcare providers.
- Ensure a safe and clean living environment by performing light housekeeping duties.
- Uphold resident rights and maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
- Engage clients in meaningful activities that promote mental and emotional well-being.
- Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Experience
- Previous experience in senior care, home health, or hospice care is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with patient observation techniques and monitoring health conditions is beneficial.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus.
- Knowledge of resident rights and commitment to upholding these standards is essential.
- Ability to perform physical tasks associated with caregiving, including lifting and assisting clients as needed.

Pay: $11.00 - $14.00 per hour
