Broderson Builders Roofing is a family-owned construction company proudly serving Spearfish, SD, and the surrounding Black Hills region. As our company continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Roofing Sales Representative who is motivated to build relationships, generate business, and grow alongside us.

What You'll Do
- Generate new residential and commercial construction opportunities through networking, referrals, community involvement, storm restoration opportunities, and self-generated leads
- Monitor weather events and identify areas impacted by hail, wind, and storm damage to proactively generate new business
- Canvass storm-affected neighborhoods and educate property owners on potential damage and available repair or replacement options
- Meet with prospective clients to discuss re-roofing, full roof replacements, and storm restoration projects
- Conduct roof inspections and gather project information
- Prepare and present project estimates and proposals
- Guide clients through the sales process from initial consultation to signed contract
- Build relationships with homeowners, property managers, and local businesses
- Maintain consistent communication and follow-up throughout the customer journey
- Develop referrals and generate positive customer reviews
What We're Looking For
- Proven sales experience in roofing or related industries
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own schedule and sales pipeline
- Professional, organized, and dependable
- Comfortable meeting clients on-site and discussing project details
- Strong understanding of residential construction processes is preferred
- Honest, consultative sales approach focused on earning customer trust
- High level of integrity and personal accountability
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
